Camp David is a hybrid tea rose prized for its deep red blooms and strong perfume. Almost-black buds opening to large single blooms. As a Central Coast garden centre based right here in Erina Heights, we know what thrives in our warm, humid summers and mild, coastal winters. Roses love a full sun position with at least 6 hours of direct light a day, and our sandy Central Coast soils benefit from extra compost and mulch to help roses hold moisture through summer. Feed with a specialist rose food in spring and after each flush, and keep an eye out for black spot in humid weather – good airflow and morning watering help keep foliage healthy.
